AquaX is the fastest growing personal watercraft championship in the world. Its rapid growth is owed to a simple, yet challenging race format that appeals to todays personal watercraft users.
This year the program will include the unveiling of a professional level race series and expansion of two further championships in the Great Lakes region of the USA and in Southeast Asia.

Apart from the newsletter sign up, all forms have a slider allowing you to also opt-in to our email newsletter which will allow us to send you occasional emails with news on upcoming race events and the occasional competition or special offer. Rius became the first non-American rider to win the world title in the early 90s and racked up 16 world titles alongside a whole host of European, French national and Belgian national titles.
Nicolas Rius will be racing the Yamaha GP in 2017
The French-born Lake Havasu resident is returning after a long lay-off following a heavy crash at high speed in 2011.
He will be once again up against MacClugage, a 21-time world champion himself, who stormed into form late in the season in 2016 to clinch the championship at the final round in Fort Lauderdale.
Rius will be riding the Yamaha GP with the backing of RIVA Racing as he looks to challenge the strong Yamaha powerhouse of Dean’s Team Racing, which includes world number one ranked rider Aero Aswar.
