P1 AquaX

AquaX is the fastest growing personal watercraft championship in the world. Its rapid growth is owed to a simple, yet challenging race format that appeals to today’s personal watercraft users.

This year the program will include the unveiling of a professional level race series and expansion of two further championships in the Great Lakes region of the USA and in Southeast Asia.

La Seyne-sur-Mer announced as Euro Tour opener

The south of France venue will act as the opening round of the 2018 AquaX Euro Tour on May 5/6.

La Seyne-sur-Mer is a commune in the Var department of the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur famous for its stunning views of the French Riviera that attracts tourists from all over the world.

This will be the first of four events on the European calendar with Agon-Coutainville, Minehead and Port Balis making up the remainder of the 2018 schedule.

This is the second year of the AquaX Euro Tour after a successful three-round series in 2017 which saw Joe Harvey crowned champion, although his season ended in horrific fashion after he broke his leg in the final race of the campaign.

Thomas Favolini, who took victory in Port Balis, will be hoping to mount a serious challenge in 2018 after ending the year with a third in the final race of the World Championships in Key West.
