P1 AquaX

AquaX is the fastest growing personal watercraft championship in the world. Its rapid growth is owed to a simple, yet challenging race format that appeals to today’s personal watercraft users.

This year the program will include the unveiling of a professional level race series and expansion of two further championships in the Great Lakes region of the USA and in Southeast Asia.

Iantosca takes title in dramatic finale

Pro Enduro Championship goes down to the wire

St. Petersburg delivered one of the most nail-biting season finales with the top 5 in the Pro class within reach of the championship title going into this round on Florida’s Gulf Coast at the weekend.

Chris Macclugage came out guns blazing right off the bat with an impressive win in race 1. Christian Daly, Tory Snyder and Erminio Iantosca all stayed within reach by occupying the next three places. Race 2 was hot and heavy with Tory slamming the door on the competition and taking the win. However, it was Erminio’s second place and Chris Macclugage’s 3rd place finishes that created an overall Championship points tie going into the final race of the season.

Race 3 did not disappoint, with a feast of furious action that saw Snyder claim victory in the final race. Most importantly, Iantosca managed to fend off Macclugage for the overall Championship win.

The Amateur 300 class was equally exciting with Graham Hunt sweeping the event with 3 wins. Yaniel battled hard all weekend but was not able to unseat Hunt. Fiallo’s three, second places secured the overall 2021 Championship title. Connor Morrison, who is relatively new to AquaX, put on an impressive show with the overall third spot for the weekend.

The talent in the 200 class shows great promise with a number of new young racers who, although not new to racing, are new to AquaX. Sammy Nehme was not to be outdone; despite starting the weekend with a third place in race 1 he made up for it by winning the next two races, giving the young gun the overall win in the class and an impressive second overall in the Championship. JT Finlinson, also new to Aquax, put on an impressive show with a solid second overall for the weekend. Errol Lange rounded out the class in third and Frankie Majorica gathered enough points to take the overall 2021 Championship title.
